I had a really freaky unsettling dream the other night.

So in 2009 one of my friends passed away and you know around the time that it happened I dreamed about it once and awhile. But the other night I dreamed that I was at a church youth group thing (like I was in high school, I’m a sophomore in college now) and my friend was there (she didn’t even go to my church). We were all just chilling out and standing around and I remember talking to her. For whatever reason we all knew her day of death, but it wasn’t her actual day of death. In the dream we knew she’d die on August 15, however, in reality she died on October 17. ANYWAY, I was like “Yeah, I heard about what’s gonna happen. I am so sorry. I’ll miss you a whole lot!” and she was like “yeahhhh it’s okay. It’s whatever.” It was really awesome in a way to ‘see her’. Like, I heard her voice and I saw her mannerisms. It was like I got to visit her again. It just seemed like she was moving away or something, we didn’t treat it like she’d be dead. So I woke up feeling really sad and scared and confused. All these feelings I hadn’t felt in ages all came back to me and I have been reminded just how amazing she really was. I can’t wait for the day I get to see her again. Miss you girl <3
